Opening PDXpert for the first time

The default account name is Admin and the password is        (blank).

  1. From the Windows Start menu, select the PDXpert program folder, and then the PDXpert PLM item. (Or, double-click the PDXpert PLM desktop icon.)

  2. When the Welcome to PDXpert PLM dialog appears, use the default account name Admin and leave the account password space blank. Click the OK button.

    If the PDXpert Application Server has been installed on the current computer, then the Server computer's machine name textbox contain the default value localhost. Otherwise, it'll display the remote server computer name. You can also enter another computer name or its assigned static IP address that has a PDXpert Application Server installed.

  3. When the Software License Key dialog is displayed, enter the required information. Click the OK button.
