Part UoM is locked on markups

Purpose

Ensures that a part's default unit of measure is always used on a structure (and related markup).

Description

True: The Default unit of measure that has been defined on the part's Attributes tab cannot be overridden when assigning the part to a structure markup.

False: The unit of measure specified for a part can be overridden with a compatible unit of measure on a structure markup. For example, a part with any weight unit (for example, "g") can be added to a markup, and then be re-specified with a compatible unit (say, "kg").

Details

Provided that downstream systems can accept varying units, setting this rule to False gives users greater freedom to specify units of measure on their item structures.
