Observers tab
As the change lifecycle phase is updated, the observers shown on this list can be sent an email notification with hyperlink to launch PDXpert and open the current change form.
The people listed on the Observers tab are usually only interested in major milestones of the approval process (such as when the change is released or rejected); the change workflow used by the current change form determines the lifecycle phase transitions when notifications are sent.
To add an observer, drag that person's name from the Persons collection of the Collection Explorer onto the list.
To remove an observer from the list, click on the person's name and press the Delete key (or ).
