Additional person #1
Additional person #2
These fields contain names of people who have some responsibility for the document's contents.

Your administrator may have specified more appropriate labels, such as "Author" or "Reviewed by", in the Document Types collection member.

Controlling organizations
This lists any other organizations that have an effect on, or control of, the document's contents. For example, customers or regulatory agencies may impose requirements that affect the document, and these entities may need to review the document before it can be released.

In releases 6.4 and later, this data is hidden. It can be exposed by marking the Show controlling organizations checkbox in the System Rules dialog. Future software releases will not include this list. Contact technical support to discuss alternatives.

Media/location
This permits you to specify the document's medium (e.g., paper, film, CD, DVD) or its physical storage location, according to the collection members established by your administrator.
Access rights
This list allows you to indicate any legal or security access restrictions that would affect the document's physical retention, distribution or use. This information does not actually perform any control function within PDXpert, but can be used to inform people who handle the document whether it should be treated differently from other documents.
Access rights are defined by the application administrator in the Access Rights collection.

In releases 6.4 and later, this data is hidden. It can be exposed by marking the Show access rights checkbox in the System Rules dialog. Future software releases will not include this list. Contact technical support to discuss alternatives.
