Viewing a collection

  1. If the Collection Explorer is not displayed, select the Collection Explorer menu item from the Window menu.

  2. If necessary, click on the Collection Explorer tab to bring the Collection Explorer to the front. If the Collection Explorer has previously been closed, open it using the Window menu.

  3. Navigate to the collection of interest. If necessary, expand a collection group (Places/Organizations/Persons, General, etc.) by clicking on the group's + icon. Then, select a collection within the group by clicking on it (it should now be highlighted).

  4. You can display individual members of the collection by clicking on the collection's + icon, or select Show Members from the context menu. Use the context menu to add new members and set the default member.
