Copying a library file

1. Select the file from the item's Files tab.

2. Select the Copy Library File... command from the Tools menu or the context menu. When the Copy Library File dialog opens, navigate to the location where you want to put the file, and then click on the dialog's Save button. The file is copied from the library to your specified location.

   You will not be allowed to copy the file if you do not have sufficient access permission, which is defined by the item trustee in the File Permissions dialog.

   The source file in the data library is not changed or deleted.
