Returning a submitted change

An analyst may return a submitted change form to the originator for further work. 

If a change form's status is not currently at Submitted, select Process | Submit to Analyst. Then, to return the change form to the originator, select Process | Return to Originator.

The originator examines the change and the reason that it was returned. The originator can

• delete the change (Item | Remove Object),

• cancel it (Process | Cancel Change), or

• modify and resubmit it to the analyst (Process | Submit to Analyst).
