Revising a released document

The document's most current revision must be released before you can create a new pending revision.

Any user who has permission to view a document, and whose role has appropriate permissions, can create a new revision for that document, regardless of the previous revision's trustee.

  • Click on the Revision combobox on the document window's status bar, and select the <..New..> line.

    You don't need to unlock the existing revision to create a new revision.
