The system rules have been set to values appropriate for most installations. However, you should review each one to understand its impact on your organization's PLM process.
From the Tools menu, select System Rules...
Select the appropriate tab to view the current rule setting.
If you want to change the rule, unlock the System Rules form (Edit | Unlock Object), and make the change. Your changes are saved automatically when you lock the form or close the window.
