The PDXpert client communication service must be started for clients to access the product database and library files.
Select the Maintenance tab of the PDXpert Application Server console.
If the PDXpert Application Server console is not open, select PDXpert Server from the Windows Start menu.
Click the Start button.
The Service Status will indicate that the client communication service is started. PDXpert users can now log in. Most controls on the PDXpert Application Server console will be disabled while the service is started.
