File viewers for electrical & electronic CAD/CAM formats

Altium Designer can be licensed as a free Viewer Edition, which allows read-only access to Designer files. It appears that you have to request the program from Altium directly, and the license must be renewed annually.

Altium offers a P-CAD viewer at no cost:

Cadence supports their OrCAD and Allegro CAD applications using several different viewers. The Allegro viewer:

CadSoft doesn't exactly offer a viewer, but their free EAGLE Light Edition product can view and print (but can't edit) full-sized designs:
